Pre-exposure prophylaxis, or PrEP, is a highly effective prevention tool for individuals at risk for HIV. This webinar will describe PrEP effectiveness and eligibility guidelines, and emphasize common barriers to PrEP access.

The two day intensive Family Planning Health Worker (FPHW) Certification Training is Essential Access Health's nationally recognized comprehensive contraceptive counseling and education training course for health providers and educators. Participants will learn how to integrate STD/HIV prevention messaging and sexual health promotion into their birth control education sessions. They will also learn the latest motivational interviewing strategies proven to increase user birth control method satisfaction and continuation rates.

All Title X agencies are required to complete self-assessments on the Essential Access Health performance measures once per year, and possibly to also complete action plans. Join us in this webinar to learn about the measures, and how the action plan application on the dashboard works to guide you through the process. Attendance is optional, but we encourage all agencies to attend.

Initial self-assessment and action plan submissions are due August 31st.
