Healthcare Transformation Lead (Hawaiʻi)

The Healthcare Transformation Lead is a member of the Title X family planning team and serves as a primary point of contact and technical assistance resource to Title X-funded health centers in Hawaiʻi (HI). The Lead will provide guidance and support, identify opportunities for improvement and address challenges, and assist with quality improvement activities. In partnership with the team and HI's Title X network, safeguard the availability of equitable, client-centered, high-quality sexual + reproductive health care for all. The salary for this position is 70k and is based in O’ahu.

Vice President of Fund Development

The Vice President of Fund Development will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of Essential Access Health’s fundraising efforts to support a stable, diversified, and values-aligned revenue portfolio. This role is responsible for building and strengthening relationships with existing and prospective funders, while ensuring the organization is well-positioned to secure and manage public funding, including state and federal grants and contracts.

Chief External Affairs Officer

The Chief of External Affairs is a senior executive leader responsible for setting the vision, strategy, and accountability structure for how Essential Access Health engages the world beyond its walls. This role is the integrating force across the organization’s fund development, government affairs, community engagement, and communications functions—ensuring that every external-facing effort reflects a coherent direction, amplifies the organization’s influence, and advances its long-term mission and sustainability.

The Director of Community Engagement

The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for building and sustaining meaningful relationships between Essential Access Health and the communities it serves, while ensuring community-informed perspectives are integrated across the organization’s work rather than siloed within a single department. This role serves as the organizational lead for community engagement practice, ensuring community voices authentically inform program design, service delivery, research, evaluation, and strategic decision-making.

Learning Experience Coordinator

The Learning Experience Coordinator is a key point of contact for customer service needs across the Healthcare Transformation division, supporting any individual or organization the division works with through its capacity building work, including health systems, clinical providers, grantees, community- based organizations, and partners across the field. This role sits at the intersection of customer support, digital learning, and administrative operations, managing the day-to-day touchpoints that shape how customers experience the organization.

Vice President of Government + Community Affairs

Position Overview

The Vice President of Government + Community Affairs is a senior leadership role responsible for driving Essential Access Health’s policy, advocacy, and government engagement strategy at the state and federal levels. This individual will serve as the organization’s primary voice in policy spaces, cultivating high-value relationships with legislators, regulators, and public agencies while positioning Essential Access Health as a trusted implementation partner and thought leader in sexual and reproductive health.
