Director, Executive Office

The Director, Executive Office (Hybrid/On-Site), is a vital member of the Senior Management Team, responsible for leading effective and efficient operations and administrative functions for the Executive Office. Partnering closely with the Co-CEOs and staff across the organization, the Director, will provide holistic support for the Executive Office and ensure successful implementation and completion of Executive-level initiatives and day-to-day activities, in alignment with Essential Access Health’s (Essential Access) core values and mission.

Research Study Coordinator (Seattle)

The Research Study Coordinator will help launch and staff an FDA regulated clinical trial enrolling 80 couples to home test experimental condoms. The Study Coordinator will conduct video conference consent/instruction visits and travel to curbside supply visits throughout Seattle, WA. A fully paid week of training in Los Angeles will be bolstered by remote Research Team support. This one-year term position is 100-75% time, paying $30-$36/hour depending on prior experience. Top line remote equipment will be provided for use at home and a secure WeWork office.

Foundation + Grants Specialist

The Foundation + Grants Specialist is responsible for executing efforts to secure six and seven-figure gifts from regional and national funders. The Foundations + Grants Specialist will collaborate with the Vice President of Fund Development and Co-CEOs in developing and writing large-scale proposals to private foundations and government entities, implementing and supporting all aspects of grant writing and reporting.

This position can be based in either of our Los Angeles or Berkeley offices with a hybrid work schedule. The salary for this position is $80k.

Vice President of Fund Development

The Vice President of Fund Development is a thought partner with the Co-CEOs and responsible for the strategic leadership, design, and implementation of a comprehensive and multi-channel fundraising strategy. This individual will manage prospect pipelines, spark new fundraising initiatives and partnerships, and develop an efficient fundraising infrastructure for the organization.

This position reports directly to the Co-CEO and is based in the organization’s Berkeley office with a hybrid work schedule. The salary for this position is 180k.

Clinical Trial Research Intern

The Clinical Trial Intern will recruit, screen, consent, instruct, and follow study participants in multiple on-going contraceptive clinical trials.  This position includes one month fully paid orientation and training to become a full member of a highly experienced research team.  Prior experience in research methods, interviewing, and data collection is highly beneficial.

This is an in-person experience with local travel to offices and community locations.  This 6 month internship is full or part-time and pays $24 hour.
