Optimizing Workflows to Address the Digital Divide: Ensuring Telehealth Access for All Patients

Event Price
FREE

This FREE webinar will focus on maximizing opportunities to expand access to sexual and reproductive health care through telehealth. While telephonic visits have become more widely available, many providers and patients continue to face challenges offering and receiving remote care through video platforms. Thoughtful workflow design is instrumental in ensuring that all patients – including those with limited English proficiency - have equitable access to high quality telehealth care that is culturally and linguistically appropriate and responsive.

Practical advice about creating and implementing effective workflows will be discussed, and lessons learned from California’s statewide Title X family planning network will be shared.
