Frontline Innovation: Expanding Access to Sexual and Reproductive Health Across Diverse Care Settings

This 90-minute conversation launches Champions for Change, Essential Access Health’s new national learning series highlighting innovators transforming healthcare delivery and advancing equity.

Dr. Jerry Abraham and Dr. Alec Ludwig will share lessons from their work expanding access to sexual and reproductive health care, including abortion, in two very different care settings: a rural hospital and a street medicine program in South LA. Their experiences demonstrate how community-driven innovation providing clinical services can bridge disparities and strengthen patient trust.

This session will offer practical strategies for options counseling and delivering comprehensive SRH care for vulnerable populations.

2. Explore how community-centered models expand access to sexual and reproductive health in diverse settings.
