The Director of Community Engagement

The Director of Community Engagement is responsible for building and sustaining meaningful relationships between Essential Access Health and the communities it serves, while ensuring community-informed perspectives are integrated across the organization’s work rather than siloed within a single department. The Director oversees Essential Access Health's Community Advisory Council and key youth-focused engagement initiatives, including Teen Source, Teen Source Tips, and the Youth Advisory Board, while supporting the organization’s broader evolution toward population-informed community engagement strategies.

The salary for this position is $109,790. This position can be based in our Los Angeles office with a hybrid work schedule.
