CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program Registration

Registration with the Chlamydia/Gonorrhea (CT/GC) Patient-Delivered Partner Therapy (PDPT) Distribution Program’s online system is required to participate. (Register here.)

Point-Person

Each participating agency and local health jurisdiction (LHJ) must designate one program point-person. Only the point-person can create a username and login for the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program’s online system, register eligible affiliated sites and order medication. The point-person must also read and agree to the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program’s terms and conditions.

Registration Process

The point-person must follow the two-step registration process:

Essential Access Health will review the account within two business days. Once the account is approved, the point-person will receive an email that they may log-in to the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program’s online system to register all eligible sites.

  • Register all sites eligible to participate in the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program. (Check eligibility.)

Essential Access Health will review the site information within two business days to ensure eligibility requirements are met. Once all sites are approved, the point-person will receive an email that they may log-in to the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program’s online system to order medication for the approved sites.

Site Registration

Depending how medication from the CT/GC PDPT Distribution Program will be provided, site registration varies:

  • Clinic Sites - For agencies and LHJs that will provide the medication through their clinic sites, the point-person must register all eligible clinic sites to participate.
  • Field-Delivered Treatment–For LHJs that will provide the medication through field-delivered treatment (FDT), the point-person must register a FDT "site" to participate. FDT is available to LHJs only.
  • Clinic Sites + Field-Delivered Treatment – For LHJs that will provide the medication through their clinic sites and FDT, the point-person must register all eligible clinic sites and a FDT "site" to participate.
